A letter from a customer
I couldnโt tell if it was a scarf or a poncho until I got home
What I found once it arrived, written by a customer, not the shop.
I wasnโt planning on writing another one of these letters so soon, but something arrived last week that I genuinely wasnโt expecting to love this much.
Itโs a long wrap, somewhere between a poncho and a scarf, and at first I honestly couldnโt work out which one Iโd bought. I wore it out to the shops on the Tuesday, wound round my neck like a proper scarf.

By the time I got home Iโd pulled it round my shoulders and tied the belt at the front, and there it was, a poncho. Same piece, two completely different jobs.
One piece, two completely different jobs
I have never owned anything that did this before. Scarves are scarves and ponchos are ponchos, in my experience, and this one genuinely is not fussy about which it wants to be. Wrap it, knot the belt, and it holds its shape all day either way.

One size, and it actually works
One size had me nervous, if Iโm honest. Iโve been caught out by โone size fits allโ more than once. This one drapes rather than stretches, so it genuinely suits a smaller or a fuller frame the same way. Nothing pulls, nothing gapes.

The fabric is the part that surprised me
Itโs a soft cotton twill, heavier than it looks in photos, with a lovely brushed feel that hasnโt bobbled after a wash. I went for the beige, mostly because it goes with everything I already own, but there are nine colours and Iโve already been tempted by the wine red for my sister.

My husband, who notices approximately nothing I wear, asked where I got it. Twice. Thatโs as close to a five star review as the man gives.

The offer, and why I ordered there and then
Itโs half price at the moment. I am wary of a percentage on its own, because a discount only means something if the thing underneath is worth having, and this was.
If itโs not right, send it back
Free UK delivery, and 30 days to send it back if it isnโt what you hoped. I went looking for the catch, as I always do with these letters. I genuinely didnโt find one.
